The CH Tactical IFAK is designed to be used on a shooters belt and is attached using 12.5mm laser cut PALS backing. It can be used on standard spaced MOLLE platforms, battle belts, webbing, vests etc. It's a simple design that gives you rapid access to key items of your battlefield casualty / trauma kit should you or your team need it (contents not included).
The pouch has 2" wide elastic sides to allow it to stretch and comes with TQ loops on the bottom for a further TQ to be fitted for quick and easy access.
